A Little on Phitness at Home

We are a home workout collective bring your exercises designed to help you burn fat, build muscles, stretch or all three.

We will be releasing new workout every month so that you body does not plateau and you keep reaching new goals!

So, you have recently been thinking about working out at home but not quite sure where to start and you know you definitely want to feel like you actually did a workout. You also are not interested in high intensity, high impact workouts that make you regret your choices after.

So what can you do to get a great workout at home?

Phitness at Home was designed to help answer that very question.

Phitness at Home will provide you with information to understand what a workout at home can do for your body.

We provide information on how to help you burn calories, build your muscles and help you to stretch them out as well, in the comfort of your own home or your garden, if you prefer the outdoors!

Every 12 weeks we will provide you with new exercises and stretches to help you achieve your goals for your body. The exercises are selected by our expert personal trainer who has over 10 years experience in personal training and fitness.
